学生贷款付完后，又收到新statement with new balance，请问如何complain?

学生贷款早在几个月前就付清了（有每次支付的支票证明），并收到确认信说已经付清。但是后来又收到账单说是欠了贷款，而且数目庞大。打了好几个电话去complain，也没结果，不断又收到新账单。

请问这种情况应该怎么办？要不要请律师解决？应该是请哪种律师？多谢指点。
