Thanks! My OPT expired. That is the reason I don't have valid I-94. Actually, I called INS today and found out I have to wait till my f2 is approved. Sigh, I already lost a job before. Now I have to try again from the very begining. BTW, what do you mean transfering to F2 is not secure? Denied for specific reason? So horrible.
