一个月前上阁楼取东西，过了几天发现在阁楼踩过的地方下面的天花板有一道两尺多长的裂缝（见照片）。房子四年前买新建的。和建筑商联系，他们看了照片之后，说这是drywall damage，不是结构问题，不在warranty之内（他们的答复见下）。请问大家这是不是建筑质量差而导致的damage，建筑商应不应负责修复？谢谢朋友们。
建筑商的答复： Thank you for submitting your pictures. The damage shown in these pictures does not appear to be structural in nature. This looks to be drywall damage from someone mis-stepping while in the attic. Unfortunately, we will be unable to take any further action on the request. I apologize we couldn’t be of more assistance to you. Please know that our decision has been made in compliance with the Homes written warranty.
