Help!!!如何应对这种欺诈!

用了dual agent，房子买的是一个short sale的。我们花钱做了home inspection，房子没有大问题。贷款也搞好了。it is expected to close escrow within one week. 但是今天agent 送了一个addendum 过来叫我们签字，说要我们(buyer)付1%给agent for short sale negotiation fee, and another 1% to another company (we are not sure whether it is title company or loan agent) for transaction processing fee.

真是要把我们气疯了。请教这里的牛人，我们应该如何应对。同时，有人能猜一猜他们为什么这么做？到底想干什么？
