It's driver's fault (bad weather + speeding), caused collision, only himself invloved.  My niece only has liability, insurance won't pay anything.  For damaged car, what should she do (she didn't know where it's now, she only knew car accident from her friend).  She alreday let insurance know.  Does she need to ask car tag from driver's family ?
