Thank you very much for your email and for the photo attachments.



Your photo shows food left accessible in the house which attracted mice to come in and eat it. As Michael Bilginer and I have communicated to you, you must secure all food items in sealed metal containers or mice will continue to come in from the outside to eat and breed in the house. They can chew through cardboard, wood, cloth and plastic. You must also clean up all food that may have spilled in the kitchen or where the children play or gotten stuck to implements, such as the one you show in the second photo. If all the food in the house is not cleaned up and the odor of the food removed, you will continue to attract mice to come into the house. Mice come into the house to eat the food. You cannot get rid of the mice, if you do not clean up the food. You will also need to clean any surfaces you have touched, such as on the guitar and piano, as mice are attracted to the salt and oils that rub off the skin.



Michael and I have provided much information on methods and procedures to deal with the mice which already have been attracted into the house. The Estate of Sarah T. Bond will reimburse you for any mechanical traps or bait traps (poison) you purchase yourselves to get rid of the mice, if you will provide the sales receipts. You must begin aggressively to eliminate these mice right away or they will breed and there will be many more mice in the house. We cannot enter your home and do this for you.
