wife has no china will in possession

A few issues here:

1. wife has never heard of China will until his employer said so.

2. Wife has no clue what banks/properties he had in China. She only knows of his ex employer.

3. His US will puts his properties in his trust. Does it mean his properties should be put in trust too? Where to set up trust for his properties in China?

4. Should the will be registered to Court in China too?

5. Even if US will is effective, his friend A is the executor, aslo is the trustee.But A had resigned as trustee. During the time when A resigned, , A didn't knew he had a will at all. Wife & his parents didn't know, either. So A is actually still the executor of his will! Should wife tell A about this? A didn't want to be invloved in the case, he hadn't communicated to wife/parents for a long time.

5. How to find the properties in China? Wife suspected the properties in China had been transfered to his parents.

6. Shoudl wife give his US will to his china employer? His employer refused to provide her anything even if she is trustee of his trust. His employer only talked to his parents. His parents filed petition to US court to confirm his trust and remove wife as co-trustee, even though they arenot able to speak English as all.

7. Does wife has the right to ask for a copy of China will? from whom? She doesn't know who is the beneficary in his China will.
