我们的I-94上的日期一直到2014年的,如果如8老师所说,那就是即便我lg辞职,我们依然可以不转身份而合法呆在美国知道2014年么?

-Correct. But you can not change your status within US any more after you lose your O-1 (quit the job) unless you go outside US to get a visa to enter US. Anyway, you do not need a status because you will leave US soon. So, nothing needed to do.

红叶老师给了这个link:

应该是说我们要转身份,麻烦您看看,再次感谢

-This link means if you will lose your job/status (e.g. H-1, L-1, or O-1), you need to change your status to another status such as F1, B2 ,etc. before you are laid off, thus you can keep a status in US so that you can change your status to H1, L1, etc. after you find a new job later. But it is not your case because you will leave US and do not plan to work in US at this period of time.

Of course, if you want to come back to US to work or live in the futrue, you can find a job and apply for the H1 or O-1 visa to come back and this is irrelevant to your current situation. In other words, your legal stay in US without a status at present will never affect your future visa application outside US and entry to US.
