向大家请教一个问题：

从合法的角度，一个家庭可不可以有2份 Medical, Dental and Eye Care Insurance？也就是说，LD现在有一个全家的保险(Medical, Dental and Eye Care Plan)，我想在我现在的公司也开一个Medical, Dental and Eye Care Plan，目的是想建一个HSA帐户。（LD公司用的保险公司与我们公司用的保险公司是不同的保险公司）。

问题是：这样做违不违法（人在加洲）？
