I live in a Cul-de-sac street in a quiet neighborhood. There are total five neighbors in the street.In order to clean the driveway, I temporarily parked my car on the street adjacent to my garage. One neighbor hit my car, and he said it was not legal to park on the street due to HOA rule. He did not pay anything for fixing. Is he right that he is not responsible for hiting non-movement car if I violated the HOA parking rule? Thanks for any answers!
