My ex passed away and left a trust. His trust only mentioned to pay college tuition but monthly child support. He had a child support order from family court during divorce.To my understanding, trust should may pay any existing order. Our kid was only 10 years old.
1. How to calculate child support from trust estate? It has about a million totally.
2. The existing child support order is about $1000. Should trust continue to pay this amount or have to recalcuate?
3. Kid has social security benefit. Does it offset the existing child support order? See below. It doesnt, right?

The trustee(grandparents) refuses to pay any child support. I dont even think they will may college tuituion by trust either. What is my right?
