Child Support Adjustment

There is a lot of good information here.  I read a lot of posts regarding child support, but still have some questions.

I divorced 6 years ago, ex is US citizen but now settled in China.  He stopped paying child support claiming he doesnt make enough, he owns his company in China and is married agian.  He says he makes less than $1000/month so he should not pay any child support, and there is no proof of his income (he owns the company).  I don't know how much he makes, but I do know he has nice cars and houses in China so he is doing well.  Is there anything I can do?  He doesn't visit or talk to his child, he pretty much abandoned his child but he denies the fact.
