i don't want to add my name into property title.

 

According to notary in canada, if my father passed away, it is decided by the laws where he lives (so he lives in china), then it is decided by laws in china. I think in China, it is just simply passed to children ( i am the only child).

 

My question is if I need to sell my father's properties in Canada, is there restriction? How to do so after my father passed away? And not subject to withhelding tax
