怀孕初期被家暴，该如何迅速离婚

怀孕初期被家暴，忍无可忍要离婚。以前老公就因为家暴被地方法院判罚款和上课，警察也干预过，当时心软造成了几年后我屡次莫名被打，这次孩子可能已经不保，无论如何一定要离婚。 请问，我们是在纽约曼哈顿的市政厅领的结婚证，现都在特拉华州居住3年，都曾是中国公民但现在都是美国公民，可以回国单方面递交离婚么？如果不行，该怎样在美国快速离婚？还要回到纽约递交申请么？谢谢了。
