请教老猫及各位：Reckless Driving in VA

上周去渡假，回来时，在 I – 95 上，刚从NC 进入VA，警察给了我Reckless Driving ticket 81/70（在限速70 miles per hour 路段开81 miles per hour),并在You may avoid coming to court 画叉。我是否只要付罚款就行了，不需要去法庭？是否会记点？

但是，今天一连接到三封律师信，要代我打官司。甚至列出可能判12个月坐监，等等。因为我去年有过一张speed ticket，是否影响此次事件？谢谢各位。
