加洲红灯右转罚单咨询

本人十五年驾驶记录清白,  从未有过任何违规.  但由于十天前在黄灯变红灯的一瞬间右转时被拍了照(路口没有标明"不可红灯右转"),  今收到了罚单.  因是第一次得到罚单,  没有经验, 想咨询几个问题:

1.       从罚单上我没有找到罚金的数额, 这种情况是不是必须要出庭?

2.       出庭的程序是怎样的? 大概要交多少费用?

3.       这种罚单在加洲大概罚金是多少?

4.       是否可以因为十几年的优良驾驶记录而减少罚金?
