我怎么就穿红灯了？大家帮我看看。

前两天受到stop fine 75刀的罚单，印象当中没有超过速，也没穿红灯呀。上面有电话就打了一个，正好接电话的就是给我们出罚单的，他说我们穿红灯了，要是举行听证赢的机会不大。我不信，回来上photonotice.com,结果一看是这样的：前面是红灯，我由西向南非常慢的右转弯，因为有车从南转西左转弯，所以我觉得我的转弯是很安全的，我的唯一缺点是在右转弯之前没有完全停止。问一下我还有机会赢吗？
