谢谢回复！我不太懂probate的法律手段，不过是在德州，好像自然而然的是夫妻双方共享，

她老公不是什么有钱人，在遗产分配上没有请律师界入。lg儿子知道父亲去世也知道遗嘱的事，因为关系不好，连葬礼都没参加。她lg除了婚前那一纸遗嘱，财务上没有与儿子有任何瓜葛。
