国内公民，国内领证，华盛顿离婚，婚姻关系中，一方（H4）在华盛顿州，一方(H1B)回国。

小宝宝7个月，回国的那一方是因为发生严重家暴，牵扯法律问题逃离回国的。

这种情况下若在华盛顿州离婚，需要怎么操作？
