如何才能找到一个有资质的中文翻译。具体要求如下：

English translation prepared and certified as correct by an official translator. The translator must provide the following:1) proof of his/her translator credentials:2) an attestation statement verifing the authenticity of the translation:3) his/her signature on each page of the translation; 4) the date the translation was completed on each page of the translation.
