我去法院增加了The Garden’s Realty为第2被告,他们这两者关系很难搞清楚,在宾州就是同一办公室一个地址,所以把两个公司都告上去算了。我会在诉讼中说明和两公司之间的关系,并准备好往来的信件。真不知道他们怎么想的,如果要坑钱,还去发信说全额退款然后又不退。
我是起诉要求双额退款,法律依据是宾州“LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT OF 1951” 18页Section 250.512.(C)条款:您看看是否合理
