今天收到他们寄的一个卡。卡上面写着.. 

recently, you were sent a questionnaire and summons to report for jury service. to date, we have not received a response. in order to avoid future court action you must immediately complete the questionnaire and return it to the jury selection commission. questions concerning this notice should be directed to 683-7170. your Appearance date is printed on the reverse side of this postcard

if you have already returned questionnaire, please disregard this notice
