刑事案和移民案的优先次序请教，万分感谢！

刑事法庭允许用两万五千元的保释金将当事人送到移民局，请问如果送到移民局，申请自动离境，一般多久能回国？ 刑事案还追究吗？如果离境了，无法出庭，保释金还退吗？ 详细的帖子请见这里。 多谢多谢！
