Encrypt the files containing personal information

We store files on different media: hard disks, USB drives, CDs... It is extremely import to encrypt these personal files. Imaging that you lost a USB drive containing some vital personal information......

It is very easy to encrypt these files, even the whole disk. I use a free software called TrueCrypt. TrueCrypt was developed for the Linux system from the Open Software Movement. It is very easy to use. Go to Google and search for TrueCrypt.
