As for appellate review is concerned, NO!

Of course, I've seen case where appellate judges simply went out of their way to point out some obvious fact finding errors. But definitely they are by the code of law not to get involved in fact finding process. Yes, you are of your right to complain against the district court judge, but you seriously consider that's where your interest lies?
