请问打这个官司有赢的可能吗?

老公与他的前老婆有个孩子,今年满18岁,准备去一个每年学费生活费共$48000的大学.为了小孩的前途我们出一半,前老婆出一半本是天经地义的我们也没话说.但前老婆过分的是还要我们继续付小孩抚养费$12480/年(因为当初老公离婚时所有财产全在他前老婆手上,关键时刻他的律师又中途撒手人寰,不得已在付小孩抚养费到23岁的离婚协议上签了字,才拿到了属于他的那部分银两.)前老婆很贪心而且很得意告诉我她要用小孩抚养费保持她的大房子因为她儿子暑期要回家住,很是令人生气.所以我们想告她,并把小孩抚养费算进大学的学费生活费里(简单说来就是只付孩子1/2的全部大学开销).但不知有无赢的可能.因为我们现居住地离波士顿有5个多小时车程.所以先在坛子里求助于同胞们看看有没有必要开那么远的车.就此谢过.

官司会在麻州的波士顿打,
前老婆年收入在$110000左右,老公在$180000左右.
