文物的话不是这样的吧？联合国1970年有规定的（Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property - 1970 UNESCO Convention）

古董dealers被要求"to maintain a register recording the origin of each item of cultural property, names and addresses of the supplier, [and] description and price of each item sold" (Article 10a)

无记录的中国古董在ebay上很多卖的，但是卖不起价的啊, 几十块前一个唐代玉佩。
