求助：一分钟停车惹出的麻烦。

上周去手机店取手机。中午时间手机店门口没有了停车位。当时就把车子停到了残疾人的车位上，心想自己取了手机马上出来，应该不会有问题。没想到刚进去不到一分钟，就看到一个高大凶悍的白人妇女用手机在拍照我的车牌。大吃一惊，赶紧出来。原来她开个残疾人车，开过来发现我这个非残疾人车停在这里，她要给我拍照报告！我立时三刻挪开我的车给她让地方，（从头到尾我在残疾人的车位上停了不超过两分钟） 可她并不需要这个车位，继续用手机给我的车牌拍了照然后开车走了，今天我收到了罚单，让我两周后去出庭，罚单上给的违规代码是：7-39.4， 没写罚款钱数，但有那个白人妇女的签名，我是第一次遇到这种情况，我真不知道该怎麽办，大家帮我出出主意吧！
