difficult trust question

I am the trustee for a trust account. The trust just had the attorney prepared the document saying all his bank, houses, personal stuff going to his trust, but didn't transfer any money from his banks before he passed way. I was able to open a trust bank account by acting as trustee, but I was told by banker that I couldn't transfer his money into the trust account since it was a revokable living trust and the trustor himself was supposed to do it. I sais the trustor passed away. The banker said it probably had to go to probate. The trustor's money is supposed to be frozen.

The trust doesn't have much money at all. What can I do as a trustee? I thought I could transfer his money to his trust since he died. Please help!
