请师傅来修房顶, 如果他没有License and insurance ,会有什么问题?

我请一个小公司来换修房顶, 我问他们有没有:License and insurance 因为牵涉到上去修的人的安全,

他们说有, 可是没有亮给我看, 我担心要是出了事, 可他们没有的话, 我会有什么样的责任?
