请老猫指点！！！

买了多个出租房，为了回避风险，有人建议设立LLC， 有人建议设立TRUSTEE。我不太明白这LLC和TRUSTEE各有甚么优缺点。哪个更能回避法侓风险(也就是不会把个人财产搭进去)当出租房面临巨额lawsuit?
