请教：滑雪受伤索赔

我的一个朋友滑雪严重摔伤，目前仍然在医院里休养。根据他对当时情况的回忆，我们觉得滑雪场滑道的维护不良以及安全标识不清是造成他的事故很重要的因素。我们想探求向滑雪场索赔的可能性。

我想请教一下各位达人，我们应该如果入手来探求我们是否有这个case,另外当地众多的索赔律师---就是那些不赢官司不收费的律师，是否可以依靠？
