向apt. 大侠汇报，请教

我part time 准备patent exam有两个月了，到现在还是一头雾水。有些问题跟您请
教。

1。读不读MPEP
您跟我说2100 三遍， 1800两遍。我读1800一遍就用了半个月。然后我想appendix是
不是更简洁。我又花了半个月时间读appendix T。当然作笔记很费时间。我现在是
看mypatentbar.com上的问题，然后去看解释中涉及的MPEP部分。但是没有人提及看
appendix。我老想无论是考试还是工作用appendix是不是效率更高。
2。关于assignment 的问题
A。有关recording
an assignment, grant, or conveyance shall be void as against any subsequent
purchaser or mortgagee for valuble consideration, without notice unless
it is recorded in the PTO within 3 months from its date or prior to the
date of such subsequent purchase or mortgage.
 "3 months from its date or prior to the date"是指下次买卖之前或者之后3个
月吗?
mortgage是指分期付款来买patent吧?
B。我来这个大学工作的时候，他们让我签了放弃知识产权权利同意书。但是我工作
的时候还是作了很多智力贡献的。如果申请专利我应该算是inventor.申请专利的时
候它们是不是还要我签assignment， 这样我才能被彻底放弃权利?
