当初申请婚姻绿卡的时候，因为Name Check查了很久，大概在婚后2年半约2008年12月才批下来。因为已经过了2周年，所以直接发的10年绿卡。想请问一下如果要申请公民，是不是要等到今年9月份才行？查了下移民局的表格，似乎是这样的。

-You need to have 2 years and 9 months to be qualified to file N-400 from the date you got the green card (either conditional or permanent one) based on your marriage with a US citizen.
