My boss gave me a very bad annual review and followed a final written warning. (He gave me a written warning in two month ago).
All problems he listed on the final warning are small mistakes I made, like spelling error in my report when reviewed by my team member, sending out an inquiry email too early, and replying an email without customer focus.
The fact is I also found such errors in my team members' reports when reviewing their reports. I don't think they receive any warning.
Can I appeal this issue with HR or EEOC?
I don't mind being laid off but don't want him to fire me.
