我在ebay上卖一家品牌的首饰，我不知道这是侵权没有法律常识。 上月底收到ebay message 被告知2个listing被removed 并提到是这家品牌公司让他们removed。 我就再没有卖了。 今天收到了这家品牌的demanding letter，让我立即停止卖他家的东西，告知我在ebay上卖他家的东西是侵权，并让我提供供应商和总共在ebay上卖了多少。我没有供应商，是在网上聊天遇到一个同胞说她要回国了有些东西可以便宜卖给我。她寄了几个给我，我在ebay上试着卖了，ebay上有很多人在卖。我试过后就把她的东西接了。我到现在也不知道她的名字。这个事实就像是讲故事没人能信。 我现在不知道该怎么办。知道有麻烦了， 但是不知道该怎么办。同胞们给些建议吧， 谢谢！！
