请教加州离婚抚养费及其他

我和先生看来不得不走到这一步了。

两个小孩归我。我不指望有赡养费但是需要计算下小孩子的抚养费。

我们两个收入差不多，用网上的计算公式，填了双方收入，mortgage，小孩子的custody分配，算下来好像他要付的钱不多，刚刚够小朋友的day care fee和生活费。请教这种情况，是不是mortgage部分没有包括，需要另算？

我们的房子贷款，是以我们两个人的名义借的，还有好多才还清。房子最后归我，如果我需要一个人负担mortgage，还是很吃力的。请各位熟悉加州法律的答疑解惑。多谢多谢！
