关于查租客信用的问题

请问各位有经验的大侠:

第一次做房东, 前几天拿到想租我房子的人written consent on credit checking, 也收了他们的credit checking fee. 因为网上那些专门给房东查房客信用记录的services很麻烦, 就请了一位loan agent朋友帮我查他们credit.查出来发现他们的credit很差,就ju决定不租给他们. 现在他们向我要a copy of their credit report. My questions are below:

1) should I give to them a copy of their credit report?

2) Is it ok for me to check their credit through the third party, I meant the loan agent?

3) The credit report contains the information on who (the loan agent's name) requested their credit checking but I don't want to release the information to them. Is is ok for me to remove this part from the credit report before giving to them?
