遗嘱 询问， just general questions! THANKS

General questions: for will to benefit children. if i and my wife have new property, new asset (savings located to different bank), do we have to change our will every time when there is a change in our assets, that means we have to see lawyer everytime when there is change such as bought new rental property, put down more savings, etc?
