有感楼下Fungfung帖，怎么才知道你的律师是不是在为你

争取权利，或者是thinking in your shoes to find a most cost effectively solution to the dispute..我也是 in the mid of a legal mess。 案子已经开始了一年多了，可是一点进展也没有，律师就是写文件，answer，interrogatories，on and on, 我也想settlement，我觉得对方也想，可是大家的差距比较大。我觉得双方的律师都不把这个当回事，就等着法庭给schedule，然后就按部就班的写文件，做deposition。。
我特别纳闷怎么才能知道你的律师是不是一个好律师，因为我也不懂是不是法律程序就是这样的还是换个律师可能会不一样。有些什么parameters 可以帮助evaluate 我的attorney？
