老猫及各位法律专家，恳求你们帮我看看下面这个关于律师费得条款不会reinforce able .
情况是这样的，我几年前.租住了一个美国人的house，当时他们一家去国外工作，所以把家租出去。合同是和management签的。我们住了2年多以后，搬出来以后他们开始sue 我和management， 所有的claims 加起来好几万美元。现在我最担心的是我会不会要对以下条款负责。。这个合同是一个standard form residential lease…我特别不解，这个条款明显是对租客不合理的，不平等 。 当然，我也是很猪头会在这样的合同上签字。。 请发表一下你们的看法。。 多谢。。 我想最简单的理由是我要付的是management的律师费，而不是房东的律师费。。可是management和landlord是不是可以理解成一个人呢，如果他们是agency的relationship？ 但是，landlord现在吧management也起诉了。。
Attorney’s fees and enforcement costs: If Management brings any legal action against Resident, Resident must pay Management’s actual attorney’s fees, or other legal fees and expenses including fees paid to a collection agency, expenses, and court costs even if rent is paid after the legal action is started.
