Arrest Report is not same as police report. Did you ask the police department if there is any other way to get it besides hiring attorney?  For example, if it will work if you go there by yourself.

移民官只能根据最后法庭的判决来决定犯罪记录对于移民的影响. Arrest Report和police report不可以作为证据.我想对于的你的情况,移民官大概已经看过并且心中有数了.所以基本上应该没有问题.为防万一,可以尽量去拿police report.即使没有拿到,如果要求RFE,再补也没有关系.

至于怎么拿到Police Report, 老猫应该清楚.

另外,对于Expunge的问题,老猫曾经提过,最好在入籍之前不要做,因为一旦expunge,万一移民官再要求什么材料,你也拿不到了.
