当然是TM要负责, CS说的简直是诬赖, 他们

SHIPPING东西客户没收到是他们的责任(去查记录等), 怎么要客户负责. 继续CALL CS, 如果你没付钱还好, 告诉他们你收到Cell phone才付, 只要你没收到,的他们就有责任查出来问题在那里, 你可以说他们根本就没发货.

听说TM服务不咋地, 信号在有些地区不好.
