关于给国内寄钱和交税的问题

今年我妈诊断为癌症，我给家里寄了大概两万元钱，（因为不可能回国照顾，只有通过寄钱来表达孝心）
而且明年肯定还需要寄钱。请问我需要为这些钱交税吗？哪里可以找到相关法规？
