The maple trees they planted against my retaining wall would cause my retaining wall foundation to be pushed up by the growing root system.I don't want any future problem. According to past court cases, my neighbor will liable for the damage if they aware the problem but didn't fixed it. So we have to inform them to have them relocate the trees.It is not simply the property line issue. It is easy for you to say so since you are not in my situation. We should defend our rights with neighbor if they intent to do against the neighbor law.
