不論如何,在法律上任何情況使用肢体暴力就是錯誤的行為,同時法律上沒有所謂因為對方先動手,打回去就沒有錯這種規定,同時他的行為與造成的傷害如果您沒有誇大其實,應該已經超過了正當防衛的限度,所以您的配偶的行為是不合法的行為,如果您認為有需要,應該去急診室接受治療同時請醫護人員依據家暴傷害的情況協助您報警處理.
