It is sad my son will be sent

to China for one year since my hu*****and will move to another state. But I have to stay here for several months due to the visa problem and I can not deal with two kids, one 3 years, the other 10 month. Crying, Crying, Crying. He is so cute baby. My hu*****and thinks if both of us have a job, we can have a better live in future.

Do any one know if my hu*****and applys his EB-1, how long it will take to get a EAD card if there is? I want to use his EAD to look for a job. Is that possible? My current status is H-1B and it is really hard to find a job in another state particularly for interview, then do transfer. Thanks for your help.
