开车被黑了，求教

事情发生在德州

今天开车时滴了下前面50英里限速开30英里的人，那个白人司机突然绕道加速短距离插到我车前再突然刹车完全停车，我没防备紧急刹车后轻度追尾，那白人打电话叫来警察判我追尾，评说他当时刹车是因为前面车辆停车，但当时车辆很少，他前面无任何车。因为只在他的车尾保险档上酲了很轻微的一点油漆，或者可能只是点腊而已，警察让我们交换保险信息后没出报告，说在1000美元以下不出。当时他那个得意啊。

我只能认了吗？
