在美父母逾期滞留出现问题，急需帮助，急！

在美FLORIDA，父母逾期滞留为我带孩子有几年了。今天我父亲从楼梯上不小心滑下来，半个身子不能动，于是我赶紧把我父亲带到了ER。ER前台的一个西班牙恶妇非要看我父亲的证件，但是我没有带。于是，那个西班牙恶妇就认定我父亲是非法移民，扬言要告我们。现在要命的是我们的地址，电话以及其它个人信息都在那个西班牙恶妇手里。
如果那个西班牙恶妇把我父母告到了移民局，我们该怎么办？现在我们全家都非常着急，不知道该怎么办。
