1. It is legal to force quit.
2. You may get your UI even you are forced to quit. You will get UI if you can prove you are no fault.
3. A decent employer may not want to admit they laid people off publicly by using termination with no cause.
4. It is much easier to find a cause, such as leaving early, using company computer for personal purpose..., than spend time and effect to deal with government agent for an employer. If an employee use no cause termination, there is no cause.
